Our head of talent (you may know it as internal recruiter or talent attraction) will be responsible for developing innovative candidate attraction methods and responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for our teams based in Bristol and London in a business that is not hire/fire and uniquely is passionate about developing potential.

You’ll be responsible for helping to develop one of the highest performing teams in recruitment in the UK where net fee income is doubling year on year while turnover triples.

The only limit to the businesses success is in sustained talent generation and development and so this role will be extremely visible across the business working with the directors and senior management on a daily basis.

In addition to internal talent sourcing, the right internal recruiter will leverage the wider groups needs generating fees placing candidate’s surplus to requirements elsewhere within the group. 

This role will ideally suit a recruiter with agency or in-house experience or alternatively someone looking to make their first move into recruitment.

Typical roles that this internal recruiter will source sit within both front and back office recruitment team however they will predominantly be sales focussed positions;

  • Permanent and contract 360 recruiters
  • Delivery recruiters / Resourcers
  • Compliance and Back Office Roles

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the end to end recruitment and interview process for roles across the Bristol and London teams
  • Defining and designing the selection and tracking methodology
  • Identifying, attracting and securing recruitment talent
  • Developing innovative candidate attraction methods; traditional channels, social media, LinkedIn, guerrilla marketing, networking, direct sourcing and meet-ups.
  • Shortlisting all candidates via telephone screenings prior to presenting Hiring Managers with a shortlist for all roles along with feedback and recommendations.
  • Ensuring every candidate has a consistently high-quality experience from initial contact to final decision with the business
  • Screening, recording and tracking applicants on the businesses ATS systems
  • Building excellent relationships with rec2rec’s ensuring they are representing the business as effectively as possible
  • Working with; HR, learning and development and hiring managers to ensure a quality on boarding process.

You will have a high energy approach developed through a background working in a fast paced environment with a good understanding of the key attributes of successful recruiters.

You will be passionate, enthusiastic and driven, thriving under pressure and enjoying a diversified role that will encompass social media management, event organising, in addition to sourcing and attraction.
