Several permanent Product Manager positions have become available at a very well-known software consultancy, giving the opportunity to work on some of the most cutting-edge products and technologies. The work that the company undertakes is usually on the biggest projects within the public sector and government, working on the digital transformation process from conception to completion. They are an industry leader, with the potential to work on the most revolutionary digital products.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for establishing working relationships with a range of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and to support the delivery of business value. You will have an analytical and technical mindset and your day-to-day would involve analysing data to recommend service improvements and make informed decisions. You will report into the Head of Product and work as part of a scrum team and support the team in delivery. 

You must be commercially focussed, as you will also be responsible of driving the company's future growth by identifying innovative and profitable solutions that will result in additional opportunities. 

Here are some key requirements for the Product Manager:

  • Must have Product Manager experience in a commercial or technical environment.
  • Developed products from scratch and obsessed with improving and optimizing a product.
  • Negotiation skills, and not afraid to challenge customer's decision in a non-confrontational style.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering as part of an agile team.
  • Excellent communication, listening, written and verbal skills. 

This role can offer a fully remote position, although, our client is looking for someone who will flexible and can work away from home when needed, for up to two days a week. 

This will give the successful candidates the prospect to work on the most exciting challenges, working and creating complex products which can have a real effect on the general public and the wider communities. A successful candidate will have experience as a business analyst and a leadership background within the product industry.
