Senior User Researcher – (£60,000 + Great Benefits) – Central London

A User Experience Researcher is required by the growing digital hub of a global organisation to improve and manage the company's approach to evidence based decision making. This is an established organisation with a recent investment into a brand new digital hub of exciting, innovative technology.

The UX Researcher will be guiding the business' approach to UX Research, providing strategic consultations to clients and acting as an advocate for the benefits of user & design research within the development teams.

The UX Researcher will be responsible for shaping the approach to research by deciding upon methodologies and techniques to help the company gain the best insight possible. You will design, plan and conduct a range of research methodologies, translating complex insights into clear and tangible results. You will also have a good understanding of both technical and business requirements which may be incorporated into future UX strategies.

The ideal User Experience Researcher will have...

  • Designed, planned and conducted user research using a variety of methods such as: competitive evaluations, usability studies, diary studies and remote usability.
  • Will understand user needs; providing both insight and vision to the wider team.
  • Will have experience working towards strict deadlines to ensure timely deliverables are met.
  • Will have a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, UX standards and user behaviours.
