In addition to not being concerned with standard recruitment KPI’s the mentality of the business is not to work all hours of the day and night for no reward. The business hours are 08:20 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday and a 5pm finish on Fridays with a wrap up with both permanent and contract. To help get some work life balance (that we all know if difficult to maintain in recruitment) the business has an enforced 5pm finish once a week for all consultants and managers.
