The Client

Paymentsense is one of Europe’s fastest-growing FinTech companies. With a workforce of over 500, Paymentmentsense offers business payment services to over 70,000 small businesses in the UK and Ireland. 

The Challenge

Paymentsense required an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to assist with a large office relocation project.

The project involved designing new floor plans using MS Visio, the configuration and implementation of group policies and the set-up of devices such as PCs, iMacs, Laptops, monitors and port replicators. The Desktop Support Engineer was also required to deploy licensed software on client devices, provide ongoing BAU support to users with hardware and software applications and resolve incidents logged with helpdesk.

The Result

Within the week; from brief to placement, our candidate began a 3 month contract to implement the project.
