Due to continued expansion, Consortia Group has a position for a Compliance Administrator / Recruitment Office Administrator to join a fast-paced and fast-growing team that has rapidly grown to become the South West leader in its field.

The ideal recruitment administrator will have an opportunity to develop in an exciting career within an expanding team that maintains a friendly and hardworking environment.

The right compliance officer or recruitment office administrator will show high levels of organisation, have a positive can-do attitude, be pro-active and must be a strong team player.

In this recruitment administrator position you will also be required to have the following skills, although full training and support will also be provided:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Responsibility of full compliance processes
  • Assisting with registrations for new candidates
  • Ensure candidates are compliant and remain compliant
  • General office administration; acting as the main point of contact for office supplies, staff welfare
  • HR Administration; providing the team with HR admin and organisational support with regards to administering internal training, keeping records and ensuring compliance with legal responsibilities
  • Utilise the company CRM system to administrator tasks
