Due to Consortia’s huge growth plans, we are looking to hire a team of Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our office in Central Bristol. We will be doubling in size over the next 12 months and will be looking to organically grow by promoting internally, so there's lots of opportunity for progression and to achieve this quickly. 

What will the role involve?

Being a recruitment consultant is a very challenging career and not for the fainthearted. You will need to possess the ability to build relationships with new and existing clients, to create some amazing business opportunities and be motivated to work within a sales and target driven environment. This is predominantly a sales role that offers exceptional rewards, fantastic benefits and fast career progression.

What will a career at Consortia Group offer you?

  • Basic Salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum
  • Working hours 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • NO THRESHOLD on commission - 1st year realistic commission - £45k +, 2ndyear - £60k +

What training will you receive?

All our new starters take part in a structured 12-week training programme, which will provide you with all the skills to become a 360 recruitment consultant. You will receive training from one of the best Recruitment trainers in the market and will receive 1.1 coaching on an ongoing basis. We will also parent you with a mentor who will oversee your career development.
