Senior Recruitment Consultant (Permanent)

Consortia Group are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultants to work on our UI Permanent desk. This is an extremely warm desk, with over £100k worth of inbound business. 

You will have the option to fast track through to Management and will have the option to mentor a Graduate / Trainee Consultant from day one. 

Basic Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum + no threshold & uncapped commission

Location: Central Bristol (Near Temple Meads)

The role & Opportunity:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will lead from the front leveraging the existing 500+ relationships with London based companies, to establish permanent needs and deliver with the team. 

The role will offer the chance to mentor a Trainee from day one or someone stepping up a chance to undergo management training and recruit from our graduate pool starting in the summer.

What’s expected of you:

• You will have a track record as a successful Permanent Recruitment Consultant within a Recruitment Agency.
• Be an expert in the candidate and client end to end recruitment lifecycle
• Attend industry events
• Sell the benefits of working with Consortia Group as a full-service talent partner
• Establish key clients and target client plans
• Manage key relationships with clients within your market to generate profitable business partnerships
• Be able to attend business meetings with clients to identify needs and offer solutions
• Skilled negotiator with both client and candidates
