  • 2010

    Where it all Began

    Consortia start offering IT recruitment solutions across the UK, specialising in working with clients going through digital transformation.

  • Late 2010

    Team Growth

    Consortia take additional office space in a digital hub to allow for expansion and start offering Data and Business Intelligence recruitment in addition to traditional IT.

  • 2011

    First Overseas Placement

    Consortia supply NETRADA (now Arvato) in Hamburg with User Experience Consultants and .NET Developers to the United Nations in Belgium.

  • 2012

    Bristol Expansion

    Due to the successes of the business, the team moved to a new location to find a big enough home!

  • 2013

    Dedicated Contract Desk

    Consortia start a dedicated contract desk to focus on the growing demand for UX, UI, Development and Digital Transformation talent.

  • Early 2014

    Desk Strategy Redefined

    With Consortia seen as more than just an IT recruitment agency, the business re-evaluated their core focus and switched to focus on three core areas; User, Product and Insight.

    Contract Team Growth

    With a good spread across the businesses core markets, Consortia passed fifty contractors inside two years of offering contract solutions as a dedicated team.

    £1 Million in Client Fees

    Thanks to a clear direction for the business around the three core markets, combined with a larger, specialised team, Consortia passed £1 million in client fees within the year.

  • 2015

    New Bristol Head Office

    Time for another move! The Bristol team move out of serviced offices into premises close to Bristol Temple Meads allowing for the business to triple in size and further develop the back office team.

  • 2016

    £5 Million Turnover

    Through organic growth and a sustained investment in technology and head count, Consortia pass £5 million turnover and look to place in the Times Fast Track 100.

    On-going Growth

    As experts in talent short markets, the business continues to grow from strength to strength solving niche staffing issues for the world’s most demanding businesses.

    Head of Talent

    To support the growth across the group the business bring in a Head of Talent to both spearhead the inhouse recruitment and further develop the graduate program.

    US Expansion

    Having worked with clients across the US on senior appointments the team grows to cover all of Consortia's core markets; User, Product and Insight in New York and Boston.
